Business task in order to load a BOConverterType.
When the ConverterTypeLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOConverterType basing on the event's input.

• AccountPermissions.ACCOUNT_CONFIGURATION_VIEW OR AccountPermissions.ACCOUNT_CONFIGURATION_EDIT
