Business task in order to search a BOConverterType.
When the ConverterTypeSearchEvent is launched the BT notices the call and searches the BOConverterType basing on the event's input.

• AccountPermissions.ACCOUNT_CONFIGURATION_VIEW OR AccountPermissions.ACCOUNT_CONFIGURATION_EDIT
