Business task in order to load a BOAssetType.
When the AssetTypeLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOAssetType basing on the event's input.

• AssetPermissions.ASSET_CONFIGURATION_VIEW OR AssetPermissions.ASSET_CONFIGURATION_EDIT
