Event that allows to load a BOBundlingRuleOrdering.
The launcher must provide a valid BOBundlingRuleOrdering id in order to successfully call this event.
The listener loads all the BOBundlingRuleOrdering components starting from the event input, i.e. the given BOBundlingRuleOrdering id.
