Business task in order to load a BOCharacteristicClass.
When the CharacteristicClassLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOCharacteristicClass basing on the event's input.

• characteristic class id

• CharacteristicPermissions.CHARACTERISTIC_EDIT
