Business task in order to update a BOCharacteristicClass.
When the CharacteristicClassUpdateEvent is launched the BT notices the call and updates the BOCharacteristicClass basing on the event's input.

Required fields:

• characteristic class id

• CharacteristicPermissions.CHARACTERISTIC_EDIT

• Codes.INVALID_PROPERTY_VALUE
