Business task in order to insert a BOStructure.
When the StructureInsertEvent is launched the BT notices the call and inserts the BOStructure basing on the event's input.

• Codes.PROPERTY_REQUIRED: Property {0} is required
• Codes.C270_1549: The structure code must be unique
