Business task in order to load a BOStructure.
When the StructureLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOStructure basing on the event's input.

• WfmPermissions.FSM_CORE_STRUCTURE_VIEW OR WfmPermissions.FSM_CORE_STRUCTURE_EDIT
