Business task in order to search a BOWorkCenter.
When the WorkCenterSearchEvent is launched the BT notices the call and searches the BOWorkCenter basing on the event's input.

• WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_CONFIGURATION_VIEW OR WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_CONFIGURATION_EDIT
