Business task in order to update a BOFeatureClass.
When the FeatureClassUpdateEvent is launched the BT notices the call and updates the BOFeatureClass basing on the event's input.

Required fields:

• feature class id

• CharacteristicPermissions.CHARACTERISTIC_EDIT
