Business task in order to insert a BOSerializedMaterial.
When the SerializedMaterialInsertEvent is launched the BT notices the call and inserts the BOSerializedMaterial basing on the event's input.

Error Code:

• Codes.C270_1571: Material not defined.
• Codes.C270_1573: Serial number not defined.
• Codes.C270_1574: Serialized material already defined.
• Codes.C270_1575: Material {0} is a consumable material.
