Event to load a MobileCardConfigurationInterventionGroup.
The launcher must provide a valid BOInterventionGroup id in order to successfully call this event.
The listener loads all the MobileCardConfigurationInterventionGroup components starting from the event input, i.e. the given intervention group id.
