Event to insert a BOTechnicalObjectFeatureValue.
The launcher must provide a valid BOTechnicalObjectFeatureValue in order to successfully call this event.
The listener inserts all the BOTechnicalObjectFeatureValue starting from the event input, i.e. the given BOTechnicalObjectFeatureValue.
