Business task in order to insert a BOProfile.
When the ProfileInsertEvent is launched the BT notices the call and inserts the BOProfile basing on the event's input.

Required fields:

• code
• description
• type
• past timesheets number

Permission:

• WfmPermissions.FSM_TIMESHEET_CONFIGURATION_EDIT

Adds default values such as max late start, max early end,early start overtime threshold, delay end overtime threshold, gap threshold and past timesheet number.
