Business task in order to load a BOOperationActivity.
When the OperationActivityLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOOperationActivity basing on the event's input.

• WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_CONFIGURATION_VIEW OR WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_CONFIGURATION_EDIT
