Business task in order to load a BOResourceShiftExceptionRequest.
When the ResourceShiftExceptionRequestLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOResourceShiftExceptionRequest basing on the event's input.

• resource shift exception request id

Permission:

• WfmPermissions.FSM_CORE_RESOURCE_CALENDAR_VIEW

Visibility:

• the visible shifts are the ones associated to the same user's operation center or with the operation center null
