Event to cancel a BOCapacityPlanningScenario.
The launcher must provide a valid BOCapacityPlanningScenario id in order to successfully call this event.
The listener cancels all the BOCapacityPlanningScenario components starting from the event input, i.e. the given BOCapacityPlanningScenario id.
