When the AddressInsertEvent is launched the BT notices the call and inserts the BOAddress basing on the event's input.

launchNotificationEvents

Launches notification events after an address has been inserted. This method triggers appropriate notifications based on the address properties. If the address has a target, it will notify about technical object address insertion. It also notifies about the general address insertion.

Parameters:

address - The newly inserted address

poolKit - The pool kit to use for database operations

DAException - If a data access error occurs

DAValidateException - If validation fails during the notification process
