Event to align a DataCollectionTemplateWorkingCopy to the DataCollectionTemplateRelease.
The launcher must provide a valid DataCollectionTemplateWorkingCopy id in order to successfully call this event.
The listener align all the DataCollectionTemplateWorkingCopy to the DataCollectionTemplateRelease components starting from the event input, i.e. the given DataCollectionTemplateWorkingCopy id.
