extends SimpleBusinessEvent<Long,Void>

Event to create an empty working copy of a DataCollectionTemplate.
The launcher must provide a valid DataCollectionTemplate id in order to successfully call this event.
The listener creates all the empty working copy of a DataCollectionTemplate components starting from the event input, i.e. the given DataCollectionTemplate id.
