Called when the user clicks on the magnifier icon, it opens a page (InputDecoder.setPAGE(String)) or shows a Panel (InputDecoder.setPANEL(String). The page or panel should contains a list representing the codes and theirs decoded values, and should allows the user to directly select one of them.
