Business task that sends the coverage algorithm input to the GisWare REST service CapacityPlanningAlgorithmInputCallEvent.

When the CapacityPlanningAlgorithmInputCallEvent is launched the BT notices the call and calls the API with CapacityPlanningAlgorithmInputCallEvent as input.
