Business task in order to update a BOResource 's start/end addresses.

When the ResourceAddressStartEndUpdateEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOResource basing on the event's input.

Required fields:

• Resource ID
• Start address's id
• End address's id

Permission:

• ResourcePermissions.RESOURCE_EDIT

Error Code:

• Codes.ResourceAddress.ADDRESSES_MISSING
• Codes.ResourceAddress.ADDRESSES_NOT_VALID
