Event to insert/update a BOTeamShift related to a single BOResource.
The launcher must provide a valid SingleResourceTeamShiftUpsertInput in order to successfully call this event.
The listener deletes all the BOTeamShift with the related BOTeamShiftResources starting from the event input, i.e. the given SingleResourceTeamShiftUpsertInput.
