public class ResourceQualificationInsertEvent
extends SimpleBusinessEvent<BOResourceQualification,Void>

Event to insert a BOResourceQualification.
The launcher must provide a valid BOResourceQualification in order to successfully call this event.
The listener inserts all the BOResourceQualification components starting from the event input, i.e. the given BOResourceQualification in which all needed components were previously set.
