Business task in order to load a BOWorkOrderOperation.
When the WorkOrderOperationLoadEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the BOWorkOrderOperation basing on the event's input.

• WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_VIEW OR WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_EDIT
