Business task in order to load a list of BOWorkLoad.

When the WorkLoadSearchEvent is launched the BT notices the call and loads the list of BOWorkLoad basing on the event's input.

• WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_VIEW OR WorkOrderPermissions.WORK_ORDER_EDIT
